Like Pre-Authorized, funds are debited and placed aside for release following completion. The seller knows the funds are good and the buyer doesn't have to pay prior to service delivery.
Has anyone thought to build this into a core payment solution such that the buyer, seller, and approver can all participate through their own bank ?
Time-Sensitive Payments
What about the need to make a payment or series of payments on specific dates, and at specific times of the day.
How about mixing in other capabilities to provide a payment solution through the core exchange that reduces transaction risks for all interested parties.
