Travelling to Mars is a level of complexity above solving global GIG payments. I’ll explain the difference. The Mars problem is tough but not entirely new. There is longstanding experience in space travel. But the key is that the group working on the problem is small and focused, plus there is a competent hierarchy in place to manage decisions. Hence discussion, agreement, and final decisions are in the realm of possible.
