They're doing it wrong !
A man was walking on the beach one day and noticed a small group of people over near the waters edge. He walked over to see what all the commotion was about.
Upon arrival he saw that there were two Lifeguards working on a guy and water was gushing out of his mouth as they applied what seemed to be resuscitation. After watching for 15 or 20 seconds he decided to speak up. “You’re doing it wrong !”
One of the two Lifeguards looked up and said “What ? We’re professional lifeguards with years of experience and have saved many people. We’re experts in this area. Who are you ?”
He responded “Well, I’m a Hydraulic Engineer. And if you want to stop the water from coming out of his mouth then you have to get his behind out of the ocean.”

What do banks or any of the payment networks provide to assist retail customers with oversight of payments for aging parents or young teenagers ? And why can't you provide this through your own bank, not theirs ?
