Frankly, I along with you are both a Payor and a Payee.  And I expect that once I approve a payment it should be completed without issue.  As we say in the “Biz”, from the front-end to the back-end.

 

So if something is designed from scratch, then the whole lifecycle must be addressed, front-to-back, cradle-to-grave, not just a portion.
