Inside Financial Institutions alone there are many groups that have a stake including;  Legal, Compliance, Risk Management, Financial Control, Treasury, Cash Control, Operations (Branch, Mid and Back Office), Customer Support, Technology/Systems, Public Relations, Tax, Product Management, Business Development, and Marketing.  All of these groups are  important to the provision of error-free and reliable payments.
